Railing
After years of installing various types of railing from leading competitors and learning the pros and cons of each, we developed our own product and method to rival the best. We custom make our aluminum handrails in-house at our warehouse in Rocky Mount, MO.
The railing is fabricated on our precision frame tables and coated with superior
polyurea coating.
Welded construction
RainTight Custom Railings are welded together in separate sections to fit precise measurements of the job for seamless installation.
- Unlike leading designs, ours has fewer parts and pieces to fit together, which reduces waste from cutting the wrong sizes.
- Pre-drilled holes allow for moisture control.
- Railings can be customized to fit with screen enclosures.
- Since sections are welded and not screwed together, this reduces the risk of materials being damaged during installation.
- Welded railings won’t rattle under pressure or extreme conditions.
Polyurea coating
RainTight Custom Railings are coated in polyurea. Polyurea simply has better physical properties than the alternatives, including powder coating.
Polyurea stretches up to twice its length and more while providing increased durability, higher corrosion and abrasion resistance, and up to 15 times greater overall strength. It’s tougher, stronger, and more dependable. It can withstand harsh conditions, is chemical resistant, and has remarkable elasticity.
Color options
Black and White are our standard stock color options. We can also color match and Sherwin Williams paint color to fit the needs of the customer.
